So, today’s post is just a little word of encouragement to everyone struggling with sugar and food addictions, and a little reminder to myself. I have been struggling the past couple weeks with my eating and find myself slipping into those bad habits of overeating, especially anything sugar-related. So, here’s the kick in the pants that I made up to keep myself focused for the rest of the week!
