Hey fitness ladies! We are all busy and so many people are not sure how to make time for their workouts. Here is a helpful hint: workout smarter, not longer, by increasing your intensity. You can get a great workout in a short amount of time by upping the intensity and decreasing the amount of time; Tabatas are an excellent example of this!
Here is a great total-body gym workout when you need to get in and get out in time. From warm-up to cool down, it takes about 40-45 minutes tops, less if you are super-focused and really push your limits!
This is a version of my workout from yesterday. Use enough weight with each exercise to reach failure at the given reps – this will keep the workout intense! Also, use little to no rest between exercises to keep your heart rate elevated. Enjoy!
